Structured PT Plans.
Pick a timeframe, pick a frequency, and we get to work. Every plan is built around a clear goal, with programming, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support from day one. Sessions run at Phenom Gym in Cork.
What you get in every plan.
45-minute sessions at Phenom Gym
Frequency depends on the plan you pick. One or two sessions per week.
A program written for you, before your first session
Once we've had the consultation and you've signed up, I write your first four weeks of programming before we set foot in the gym. We use session one to assess you in person and I'll adjust the program from there.
A four-week reprogramming cycle
Every four weeks I rewrite the next block. Progression in weights and intensity, exercise rotation so you learn more lifts, and feedback from you on what is working and what is not.
A personalised diet guide
A PDF built around your goals from a starting questionnaire. Interchangeable recipes that hit the right macros, plus general guidance on protein and carbs. We modify as we go based on what is working.
Access to the private community on Slack
Weekly check-ins, a space to ask questions, and a place where other clients chip in with what has worked for them. Slack keeps it separate from your normal messaging.
Freebies. A growing knowledge base
TDEE and macro calculators, max-lift calculators, deload guides, FAQs. The goal is to give you everything you need to eventually be your own coach.

Three timeframes, two frequencies each. All prices include everything above.
Try things out or hit a short-term goal.
Best if you want to try working together before committing to a longer block.
Book this planSame short block at higher intensity. Best if you want momentum fast.

Good middle ground if you have some training experience and want to level up.
Book this planThe same eight-week structure with double the in-person work. Best if you don't have another gym.
Book this planWhere the habits actually stick.
The plan I steer most beginners toward. Three months is long enough to build the habit properly.
Book this planTwelve weeks with two sessions a week. The most comprehensive option.
Book this planWhy I'd rather sell you a plan than the alternatives.
There are two other ways to work with me. Here's how they compare to a structured plan.
1:1 PT pack
Just the sessions. No programming, no diet guide, no reprogramming, no community, no freebies.
See 1:1 pricing →Online coaching
Same programming, diet guide, and community as an in-person plan, but no one in the room with you. Best if you don't need hands-on coaching.
See online pricing →A 12-week one-session-a-week in-person plan costs €28/week and gets you 12 sessions in the room with me, a personalised diet guide, your programming, four-weekly reprogramming, the community, and the freebies.
The 10-pack gets you sessions and nothing else. Online gets you everything except the sessions themselves. The in-person plan is the only option that gets you all of it, and it's priced close enough to both that there's rarely a good reason to pick either alternative over it.
I price it this way deliberately. I want you on a plan, because a plan is what actually changes things. Sessions on their own are useful but they're not the engine. The engine is the structure around them. If a 10-pack or online coaching is genuinely the right fit for your situation, that's fine, and I'll say so on the consultation. But I'll always point you toward the in-person plan first, because for most people it's what's going to get you the result you actually came for.
Which one's right for you?
You're a total beginner.
Twelve weeks, one or two sessions a week. Three months is what it actually takes to build the habit of going to the gym, get familiar with the equipment, and learn enough to keep going on your own. Anything shorter risks ending right when things start to click.
You're already training and want to level up.
Four to eight weeks is usually the right call. You don't need as long because you've got the foundation. You need help progressing, learning new things, and breaking out of old patterns.
You're cost-sensitive.
The 12-week one-session-per-week plan (€28/week) is the best value across the whole offer. Low weekly cost, longest runway, best per-session price.
You want fast results.
I'm a coach for steady, sustainable change. That's what gets the best long-term outcomes for most people. But there are exceptions. Weddings, big events, holidays where you've got a fixed deadline and a real reason to push harder over a shorter window. If that's you, we can build something around it. I'll be straight on the consultation about what's realistic.
You can't commit to 12 weeks because you've got a real reason.
A long holiday, a move, a known life event. Fair enough. We'll pick the longest block that fits and make the most of it.
Not training in person? Online coaching uses the same plan structure for clients anywhere in the world.
What people usually want to know.
Can I just do one-off sessions instead?
You can. 1:1 sessions are €40 each or €300 for a 10-pack. But a structured plan gets you programming, the diet guide, the community, and the freebies on top of the sessions, for not much more than the sessions cost on their own. For most people, a plan is the better value.
What if it's not working after a few weeks?
We'll have already changed it. The four-week reprogramming cycle exists exactly for this. Plans aren't fire-and-forget. They evolve based on what's actually happening with you.
What happens after the plan ends?
Nothing auto-renews. At the end of every plan we'll have a conversation about what's next. If you feel like you need another block, and I agree, we'll sign you up for another. If you're ready to go independent, that's the goal. You keep access to the freebies and the community either way.
What's not included?
No daily check-ins, weekly only. No nutrition coaching beyond the diet guide and macro/TDEE guidance. I'm a PT, not a dietitian. No rehab or physiotherapy work. If you've got an injury that needs clinical attention, you need a physio, not me.
Can I train remotely instead?
Yes. Online coaching uses the same plan structure but replaces in-person sessions with weekly check-in calls. Starts from €28/week with a first-week money-back guarantee.
Pick a plan or pick my brain. Either way, let's talk first.
Every client starts with a free 30-minute consultation before signing up to anything. We'll talk about what you want to change, what you've tried before, and which plan actually fits your life.
