Online Coaching

Online Coaching.

The same approach as my in-person PT plans, fully remote. Weekly check-in calls, personalised programming updated every four weeks, a diet guide, and ongoing support. For when you can't make it to Cork, or you don't need someone in the room with you.

What's Included

What's in every online plan.

Every online plan includes the same support as an in-person PT plan, with one substitution.

01

A weekly 15-minute check-in call

Over Zoom. We talk about what went well that week, what didn't, and how we adjust from here. Sometimes it's coaching, sometimes it's form review, sometimes it's problem-solving. Whatever the week needs.

02

A program written for you, before week one

After our consultation and questionnaire, I write the first four weeks of programming around your goals, your equipment, and your schedule.

03

Four-weekly reprogramming

Every four weeks I rewrite the next block based on progress, your feedback, and where we want to push next.

04

A personalised diet guide

Same PDF format as in-person clients. Interchangeable recipes hitting your macros, plus protein/carb guidance, modified as we go.

05

Form-check videos when you need them

You'll have demonstration videos for every exercise in your program. If you want me to review your form on a lift, send a clip on Slack and I'll come back with a voice note.

06

Access to the private community on Slack

Same community as in-person clients. Questions, weekly check-ins, other clients chipping in with what has worked.

07

The freebies

Calculators, FAQs, guides. Same growing knowledge base.

The only thing missing compared to in-person training is hands-on coaching in the room. Everything else is the same.

Money-Back Guarantee

First week money-back guarantee.

If after your first weekly check-in call you decide online coaching isn't for you, I'll refund what you paid in full. No questions, no hard-sell to stay. Online is harder to commit to than in-person because you can't meet me first, so this exists to take the friction out of trying.

Where You Train

Your gym, your home, or somewhere in between.

Online coaching adapts to wherever you train.

Your own gym.

Most online clients train at a commercial gym near them. Tell me what is there. Barbells, dumbbells, machines, cables. And I program around the equipment you have.

A home gym.

Whether you've got a full setup or just a rack and a barbell, I'll build the program to fit.

Minimal or no equipment.

If you don't have access to a gym and don't want to invest in much, we can work with bodyweight, resistance bands, and a handful of basics. I'll be straight with you on what's possible and what isn't. Bodyweight-only has real limits, but it can still work as a starting point.

We figure out your setup on the consultation, before you sign up to anything.

Who It's For

Who actually picks this.

You're not in Cork.

Whether that is Dublin, Galway, London, Sydney, or anywhere else. Online removes the geography problem entirely. I have clients across time zones. We work out call times that fit.

You're in Cork but in-person doesn't work for you.

Maybe you're a hybrid worker who's rarely in town, you've got a gym you already love, or your schedule makes the Phenom trip impractical.

You're already independent in the gym and don't need someone in the room.

If you can train on your own, follow a program, and just need the structure and accountability that ongoing coaching brings. Online is a strong fit.

You're a past in-person client who's moved.

I've got a few of these. Once we know how we work together, distance stops mattering much.

When To Pick In-Person

When you shouldn't pick online.

I'd rather steer you to the right thing than upsell you to the wrong one.

If you're in Cork and you're a beginner or intermediate, pick in-person.

Most people in that bracket benefit from having a coach in the room at least once a week, especially in the first few months. There's no online substitute for a hand on the bar when a deadlift is rotating off centre. Online works much better once you've got the foundation. If you're in Cork and unsure, the PT Plans page is where to look.

If you can't commit to a weekly call, online won't work for you.

The check-in call is the engine. Miss them and the whole thing falls apart. It's not a big commitment (15 minutes), but it has to happen.

Time Zones

Wherever you are.

Online coaching is open to anyone, anywhere. I currently coach across multiple time zones and the weekly call gets scheduled to fit you, not me. If you're in Australia, the UK, Europe, the US, we find a time that works.

Ready When You Are

Wherever you are, let's talk.

Every online client starts with a free 30-minute consultation. We figure out whether online coaching is the right call, what your training setup looks like, and which plan fits.
