Book a 10-packWhat you actually get in 45 minutes.
A typical first few sessions:
Warm-up
Together, so I can see how you move and where you are tight.
Working sets
The main lifts of the day. Usually compound movements first (squats, deadlifts, presses, rows), where the real work happens.
Accessory work
Isolation exercises to target what the compound lifts do not.
Finisher
A short, focused conditioning piece to close out.
Cool-down
Together, while we talk through how the session went.
Once you've been training for a few weeks and your body knows the warm-up and cool-down routine, I'll have you do those on your own before and after our session time. That way the full 45 minutes is dedicated to the actual work. More lifts, more coaching, better value for what you're paying.
What single sessions and 10-packs include.
Just the session. That's it.
Single sessions and 10-packs do not include:
- × A written program to follow on your own
- × A personalised diet guide
- × Access to the private community on Slack
- × The freebies (calculators, FAQs, guides)
- × Four-weekly reprogramming
Those all come with a structured PT plan, not with single sessions.
If you want a written program to follow on your own without the ongoing coaching, I do those separately as one-off purchases for €60. A custom program built from a questionnaire and a chat. Ask about it on the consultation.
Who actually books this.
You want to test the waters.
Either to see whether you and I are a good fit, or to see whether Phenom is the right gym for you. A single session is the lowest-commitment way to find out.
You're already training and want a form check or tune-up.
Maybe your squat doesn't feel right, you want a second pair of eyes on your deadlift setup, or you've been training on your own for a while and feel like you've stalled. A session or two gets that sorted.
You've got nutrition and habits dialled in and just want more time under the bar with a coach.
A 10-pack works well here. Ten focused sessions over up to three months, no admin around it.
If you're a beginner, or you don't have a clear training routine yet, or you want help with the broader picture (programming, nutrition, habits), a structured PT plan is going to do far more for you than single sessions. Training with friends? Take a look at group training instead.
The fine print.
You get one free last-minute cancellation.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of a session, the first time, no charge. Life happens. Reschedule with me and we'll find another slot.
After that, last-minute cancellations cost a session.
A second cancellation inside 24 hours uses up a session from your 10-pack, or forfeits a single session payment.
Outside 24 hours, reschedule freely.
Just message me as early as you can.
The reason for the policy: a missed session is an early start and a block of time I couldn't give to anyone else. One free pass covers genuine life-happens moments. The rule after that keeps things fair for everyone.
Want to give it a try?
Every client starts with a free 30-minute consultation before booking anything. We'll figure out whether single sessions, a 10-pack, or a structured plan is actually the right call.
